Does anyone know where i can buy SOLAS reflective tape?

i am aware i can buy it online buy i want to buy it from a physical store. I want to know where you have seen it.

only comes in red or silver. you can get it at a boating store like westmarine. There's two location in marina del rey. Not that I've ever been there... I'm just bored right now.
