An LBFD captain with deep family roots in the department hit a cyclist in the bike lane, then motored home like nothing happened (unnamed victim is being treated for severe head trauma).

My hats off to the witness who followed the coward home where the cops arrested the morally bankrupt "first responder".

One former LA Fire Department Captain was recently convicted of murder.
