i feel that 19-21mph is "spicy".

 i'd feel that "spicy" to me is like some thai chili they put in thai soups n" shit. so with that in mind, probably around 18-20/mph. 25-30 is fucking hot... unless it's downhill.

 15-25mph on a flat is spicy considering how fully-loaded my bike is on a daily basis.
