 I stick to about
5 bagels a week
a jar of peanut butter
6 bananas
pack of strawberries
2 bundles of spinach
1 serving of crispy kale (home made)
one broccoli kale burger (flore - addicted)
a roll of soyrizo
6 eggs a week
2 servings of oatmeal

 I could never ditch my handle, its all I have and its served me well (or vice versa, to be honest). Yes, it has caused endless troubles, but it brings too much satisfaction to just let go. Though I probably would get more accomplished in life as a eunuch.
