STOLEN IN SILVERLAKE

Matt (Stilline) & I had our bikes stolen over the weekend in Silverlake. It was our fault for not being more careful, but regardless they were stolen. And we miss them. Here's the description of our bikes. Sorry, I don't have any photos. Mine was just built up maybe a month ago.
Matt's: Olive green fixie with gold soma front rim and bullhorns. The frame is a binachi but it's powdercoated all green. 52-54 cm. I'm sure many of you have seen this bike.
Mine: Fixed. Red frame with randonnuer bars, green chain, green julian wheels (48-spoke deep v's) and a hybrid mountain bike blue fork and a long slanted mountain bike stem. 49/50cm. Sticker on the frame says: CRUS.
So if you see these bikes in part or in whole, get in touch with Matt or me. Especially his frame and especially my damn wheel set. I had a wheel cover on the front with Raquel's pinup artwork too.
Stolen on Riverside near Figueroa.

is it safe to lock up your bike anywhere in that city?

did someone from the inside steal it at the graffiti den? go back to the den, look through the homeless encampments.... i wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the hobos looking for a nice set of wheels

Aww man I'm sorry to hear that guys. I remember helping you guys carry you bikes over that fence though. I don't think a hobo took it. That really sucked if someone on the ride took it.
