STOLEN: Black Specialized Allez

My bike was stolen between 2pm and 9:30pm today. It was U-locked to the bike racks outside my workplace on the USC campus. Someone took the bike, lock and all. 2008 Black Specialized Allez (52cm). Mostly stock parts, but it has blue tyres on SOUL wheels, and a sticker saying Bike Cycles in Wilmington, NC where it was purchased.

This sucks, because that was my only bike, I use it for commuting and also was training for ALC on it.

Would appreciate if folks downtown can keep an eye out and call or email me if you see it.

My bike looks like that, except it has black handlebar tape, and blue tyres on SOUL wheels (SOUL is printed on the wheels in big white letters).

 what brand/model of U-lock?

Kryptonite and OnGuard both have insurance for this type of theft (where the lock is properly used but defeated) but you might have had to register the bike when you purchased the lock. I would contact them anyway after you file the police report.
