I almost get killed every day as many of us do. Finally some justice !!!

I don't have a bike, and haven't used one in a very long time. But I respect others on the road; pedestrians and cyclists. Many drivers in L.A. are jerks. Even trying to obey the laws of the road people get frustrated and mad at you. Ever try to just drive the speed limit and get someone who cuts you off, not before giving you a dirty look as they pass by?
This isn't really about drivers verses cyclists. It's people who think they are better than others and the road is only for themselves. And most of the time it's people in their over-priced SUV's and luxury vehicles.
I think five years is way too light. He could have killed someone. And in my opinion, I think that is what he was really trying to do. He wanted to "teach" these people that he is more important.
