Bikely.com, as good as it is, has problems loading sometimes so try this link a few minutes later if it doesn't load.

This route looks fine though.

Here is a google pedometer map of LA to SD that we can all memorize and use permanently.

(It's pretty simple in any case to get there.)

 you can also just cut out the part where you go through Camp Pendleton and just take the 5 fwy. Same amount of time.
