I'm also looking for a new road bike. Unfortunately, I need something pretty small, between 42-48cm. I've checked craigslist, but as everyone knows, it's pretty close to impossible to find small roadbikes that are in good condition but not too pricey.

Yeah, definitely. Even the older bikes on CL with older-alright components have strong steal. It's heavier, but it's strong. "Steel is real"

I have a De Rosa with Ultegra triple 9-spd, very nice wheels, aluminum frame carbon fork. You choice of bar width stem length and saddle, have a few to choose from.

Top tube center to center is 54cm
Seat tube center to center is 52.5 ceter to top of seat clamp is 56.5

$650
