 Tried calling in, got put on hold, then got hung up on. Called KPCC back, was told by the screener that the Chief already said what he was going to say about bicycle rights, that he'll attend that upcoming meeting, and that he wasn't going to touch on the subject any longer.

Harrumph!!!
