Hermosa to get Sharrows?

Looks like they will vote today in Hermosa Beach to install sharrows as a pilot program. Hope it does pass.

Hermosa Beach. City leaders are set tonight to OK the installation of pavement markings and signs designating shared roadways for cars and bicycles in one part of town. As a pilot project that could be extended to other areas, outside lanes of Hermosa Avenue between Herondo and 24th streets will become "sharrow lanes." The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 1315 Valley Drive. "

people should go to this!! I wish I had had more time to plan for this.

Is anyone out there that could show up and help solidify the vote?
