Sorry everyone I am healing appareantly I tore a muscle in my left leg, when I was playing capture the flag after sunsett ridazz. Then did more damage when I did the team taco training ride will be back in the mix with you all again soon hope for a speedy recovery later..........

I read a blog a while ago from this guy that somehow tore the connective tissue around his right( or left ) sartorius muscle while cycling. Imagine how that must have felt.

that must have sucked I am officially going to the dr tomorrow to get it checked out. But it still sucks hard to move the leg up and down for your simple riding motions.
