sticky rear!

sooo im learning how to work on my rideeee

flip flop hub, its on fixed rite now. when i spin the wheel there is some kind of friction slowing it down...tried spryaing lube on it, no rear brake?

what shall i do next?

where is the friction from? try loosening the chain and see if it helps.
