Qik: Live video straight to the intertubes

I just installed this app called Qik on my phone, it records video and streams it nearly live to web, and saves it for later as well.

This seems like something very handy to have in case of road rage, police misconduct, etc. The evidence is saved to the cloud even if your phone gets smashed or confiscated.
