frame and everything have for it, handle bars, pedals, derailers are already on it, shifters are on the bars. the only thing its missin is front wheel, seat post, seat.

I may think about taking it from you for 80 dollars cuase I am looking for something to make a fixie out of it. Where are you located may take that off your hands.
