Shit Attacks and cops

Seriously, as menacing as cops are to some of the young folk, some of the young folk need to grow some fucking balls and NOT RUN AWAY.
I mean, at this CRANK Mob, there seemed to be no direct dialogue with the police and ridazz, yet in the background, all I tend to hear is, "Shit, it's 5-0, let's book it!!"
If you're that guilty that the sight of red'n'blues scares the shit out of you, then stay home, or something.

but it makes for a better story, and gets you more street cred, to say that you ran from the cops.

bentstrider, although you heard "Shit, it's 5-0, let's book it!!", myself as well as others talked to the police at each stop and then made the call to leave. We had 1 arrest, and it's 1 more than i would have liked.

i don't think that arrest could have reasonably been avoided. they almost tackled me. the cops were just out for blood.

I figured you did, but the wave of retreating ridazz was too powerful to push through to get to your location, so I sort of hung around near the parking lot entrance until all I saw were the squad-cars.
Anywho, I'm still thinking radio-communications would be good as opposed to hitting digits, instantaneous communication.
Only problem with the last ride I brought walkie-talkies on(Mihai still has my other one, give it batteries please) was that different brands seem to have different settings that require specific tuning and calibration to work in unison.
Sort of like Motorola vs. Uniden vs. Radioshack vs. Brand-X., etc

nah. i have 3 different pairs and they all work fine together. channel then subchannel. last ride I synced with some other dudes radios too no prob.
All ORGANIZED gangs maintain radio contact even coppers.

Some of them have subchannels within the subchannel, ie., large number-next to-small number-next to-tiny number.
If anything, we should share a common frequency beforehand and radio-check before the ride starts.
