Dream Ride

This Monday!
My friend suggested this ride this coming Monday for all those who work for an instution or dont work, to get out on the streets yet another time this weekend.
Meeting Time TBD (2ish)
Meeting Place: Olevera St. Gazebo
Destination: Unknown
Route: None
Objective: To ride and find food and ride some more
Its pretty simple.
I think our pace will be pretty mellow, but smaller groups do tend to stay together and move a little faster than a big pack.
We are too lazy to design a route so there is none. We'll follow our noses, take turns leading, ride by consensus and whatever else it takes to keep us moving toward ???
This was conceived as a "ride among friends" but we are posting here to extend the friend circle... get it? that means you!
Its official
The start time is 2pm.
Live the dream!

This is just a suggestion and maybe I should keep my mouth shut since its not my ride, but perhaps an earlier start like around 11 or 12 would be a good idea so we can have more daylight? Monday daytime rides are rare for most of us, so maybe we can make better use of our holiday?
Or maybe I'm just an asshole that speaks his mind too much.

Yeah , Raymond, you're just a ride hater. Stop speaking your mind. What do you think this is a forum?
I wish I had the day off.

its a good suggestion ...
especially considering this cold snap we are having.
unfortunately, i think its too late to change up the time.
We'll meet at 2 and hopefully make the most the daylight!

Awesome ride for those who had the day off. All the new faces made the ride even more enjoyable. If the freezing cold can't keep the noobs away, what's everyone else's excuse for not riding? And, small rides give you a chance to meet everyone in the group.
Thanks again to the Bike Oven's Most Useless for making the trip to Highland Park worth the climb uphill.
chill ride + fine people + pizza + wine + hot chocolate + chocolate cake + 420 + wrenching = decadent, flawless holiday
