Pub Crawl

I like rides I can pedal to, rather than take some kind of motorized transport to get to, be it public or otherwise.
The Pedal N' Pub Crawl had another good ride, about 17 miles round trip to the shop, with a stop at around mile 9 (Topanga & Ventura) to wet the whistle, then a second stop at Reseda & Ventura to drown that whistle before the final leg home. I split for home (Topanga & Roscoe) at Reseda and the OLBP.

Its not my ride, I just show up all the time. Lemme check first. Next time you're in the valley stop in at Atomic Cycles. He's definitely a person within the LA bike culture that stands out. However you want to take that.

Yea, all right so I'm html challenged...I posted the ride, half ass like.
Anyways here's a ride for all those that feel like they have to ride a bike to make the scene, or for all those wanna be bike advocates that drive round trip for 40 minutes to get to a 2hr.DTLA or Santa Monica ride.
A ride in the valley to rival all the others. One that anyone in the valley can ride their machine to. Quit protesting about how bad ass a biker you are, cuz I know you don't ride your bike over the hill to get to those other rides. Show up for a Valley ride or just keep on keepin on at RideArc or the SMCM and show the community what kind of a biker you really are.
Besides its fun.
Think global, act local. Or Think local, act global, whatever. Just do it.
