This is going to be a series of FIVE RIDES over five consecutive nights (each meets at 8pm)
through different area codes of the city!
Each Ride celebrates the local big ride taking place
on the following nights! This is important, because we can tell
the new "Friends" to come to that ride! Read below!

"The Friends of the Friendless": A Social Bicycle Experiment.
We'll ride seeking out other random strangers on bikes and make them our leader! Follow them, at whatever pace, until we reach THEIR destination and voila! instant friend! This is an ongoing experiment that has got us into a number of adventures! Its amazing what can happen when you dont know what can happen!!! If you missed the February ride, read up on the new blog I've started to chronicle our adventures. I will be updating this monthly and with occasional commentaries!
I'd like to ask if you have any ideas of "gifts" for our new friends, BRING IT! Beers, snacks, jewelry, ancient chinese wisdom, whatever! I'm pretty sure that in this case, you can buy friendshipIts not a Hustle,

Thanks duderrr, come on out! Its almost always an adventure! We've been invited into houses, a private gallery, a "Rolling Stone-Italy" report (dont know if that really was written, gonna search for it.)
There is no excuse anyone can't make at least ONE of these rides if you live in LA - otherwise you're a loser.
I'm thinking of making a special over-sized spoke card for people that make all 5 rides!

Had so much fun! Thanks for waiting for me in the beginning. Turned out to be a broken spoke which gave me that odd feeling on the rear wheel. Definitely a great experience… also it was pretty funny how in the beginning the group was like, “Look… It’s a friend!” to “HEY!! THERE'S ONE. LET’S GET ‘EM!!” lol. And… I really thought that first guy was really gonna get us pizza. I was just hungry. Thank you Marcus!!

Finally ive retrieved my MR password so I could log in and say thanks to all that have made it out to the last three nights! Ive kept a log of all the rides' Friends and can't wait to blog them.
The last few nights have been very successful I think and have been some of my favorites. I'm very inspired to host FOTF more often and in different parts of the city. Thanks again, don't miss tonight and tomorrow!
