If you tell the cops that the thieves were drawing with chalk at the same time they stole your bag, maybe they'll do something about it?

if you could re-post the video WITHOUT the caption clouds (they cover their faces in the vid) maybe those of us who ride in that area (Westwood College on Wilshire) could try to id these losers on the street for you!
