Just a heads up to everyone to watch the area of Vermont Ave. and 8th st. 2 guys in a beat up red old school Toyota Corolla trying to jack bikes. They tried to creep up on me at 11:00 AM one of the guys is about 6 feet tall dark skinned latino in a wife beater and dark blue Dickes the other guy is a little piece of shit who just stays in the car. this is not the first time I see them....I seen them befor in the parking lot of the Taco Bell on 8th and Vermont in the same shitty car.

Seen a very similar car on the corner of Vermont and Venice... With 2 guys inside. They always scope out my bike when I pass by...

Notify the cops.
Advised them you saw a weapon as well.
Anything to get them out there.
Give full details of the perps and their vehicle.
Don't let this happen to another rider if you could avoid it.

Yeah, don't approach them, you never know how they'll react. Or be a pedestrian for once and just walk by and get as much information/details as possible. Anything that'll help the cops identify them without doubt.
