Hi everybody,

I've talked to a bunch of people individually about this -- and am going to harass a bunch more -- but also want to make a public announcement. The MR ALC team is going to have another show at the Bike Oven this year (and, possibly, another location on the westside as well, TBD) and we're looking for photographers/artists to donate their work. It's a good chance for a little exposure/recognition and to help a great cause. Here's the scoop:

Bike Oven & Flying Pigeon Bike Shop

Please help Team Midnight Ridazz by donating your best photographs representing Los Angeles bike culture for a show at the Bike Oven & Flying Pigeon Bike Shop. Proceeds from the sale of works will go to the Team's AIDS/Lifecycle fund, benefitting the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center.

You can submit your work digitally to picsplzz@gmail.com (and we will handle making prints). Or you can submit already printed (and framed?) work to a location TBD soon (we've still got some details to iron out).

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, May 4

Note: Space is limited. What is included in the show will be dependent upon space available and our determination of what is most likely to sell.

Is screen printed art being considered? If so, I've got a wicked 4 print set to donate. It's not of bikes either...

Given the limited space at the Oven, I think we are going to have to limit the show to photography. But we are working on a westside location -- possibly a full gallery space -- for another show later in May, in which case we could almost certainly be more inclusive.

We'll keep you (and everyone) posted.

If i can find my camera... hopefully LOST and not STOLEN from brunch... I can give you a photo of WifeBike effing me in the a... she did it til I died... then I also have a photo of her by her self after she ate my dead body. We are insects.

This is a perfect "pics or it didn't happen" I think it will bring in a lot of moolah!
