This is an old classroom teaching reel from 1963. This was before LSD but... What were these people thinking when they made this?

 oh, and I remember that show, used to like it as a kid. it's amazing how, when you look back, you realize how bad the animation was on some of the shows that were awesome when you were little.

I remember C.O.P.S. It was just another Hasbro marketing scheme to sell toys. The C.O.P.S. action figures were awesome because they had guns loaded with caps and that would annoy the shit out of my mom.
