MoM Ridaz are going to be having monthly drives to feed and blanket the less fourtunate of the los angelinos.
TO DO THIS, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
we will be passing around the can at all the rides so dig deep and bring a couple bucks for someone less fortunate people than ourselves.
at the end of each month we will either make blankets and such and hand them out or have a big burrito drive

This is what being a community is all about. I would like to personally commit some of my time and efforts towards this cause.
We can all scrape together a few bucks at least to pitch in for a good cause.
I say we start sooner rather than later.
I have the trailer which we could use to carry food or blankets.

I've done the los angeles burrito project before! We can definatley learn a lot from them since they do it every Wednesday.. how about we hit it up and have a pow wow about what works and what doesn't and @ the same time feed some homeless ppl...

Im down. Where do we plan on heading? LA Mission / Homeless shelters? I can give a bit of cash to some needy people, as long they dont spend that shit on drugs.

Working on setting up a PayPal today.
Wednesday Night Fix is doing a ride in a few days. Major props to you guys for making something positive happen amongst the cold harsh weather.
Just imagine how cold and hungry some of the people are every night in this weather, and how much good we could do if we took 5% or even less of what we earn and use it to help others.

if you really wanna make their day, go to chinatown or the santee alley and buy shittons of new sox for like a buck a pair or $.50..hand them out to homeless...me and stevo did that last winter before a rwnn and it's over before you even start....they flocked to us to get sox.
you can even do a ride by and toss them to them...they'll be stoked....

Ditto. I got packs of socks & underwear for very little $$ on Broadway last year and passed them out on a day time ride near RWNN start. People were happy to get them.

Big or small doesn't matter... harry and I were downtown just now and I gave out 4 pairs of socks... the guy I gave them to saw harry give 2 jackets to someone so he politely asked if we had any socks or other clothes... harry gave him a whole bag of clothes and he distributed them to other people in tents on the street. This is a great thing you're doing... but seriously whether it's 1 pair of socks or 100... anyone you give them to will totally appreciate it.

this month me thinks will be all in cash. next month we try for paypal and flyers with info.
@ sauce were taking donations at all the big rides. but the events will be monthly for now.
who knows if this shit takes off we could do it weekly/daily..... shit that would be awesome
