My son and I are over 10,000 miles into a 12,000 mile ride around the US. We are leaving Phoenix on Wednesday heading to San Diego and then LA and on to Fresno. Does anyone know a good route? Check us out at www.800meters.com

yeah the LA 2 SD route through SM up PCH to fresno..Borfo can you post the LA 2SD route..

What an epic trip!! Congratulations on your progress.
It looks like you are off your posted schedule.
When are you reaching SD where are you meeting, speaking etc.?
Not sure I have a good route for you through the desert. The 8 freeway is the most direct. Not sure you can ride on it though.
Once you get to SD you can use this route to get to LA.

Thanks for the info. We are about two weeks behind due to injuries/serious saddle sores and infections. The blog should be updated with correct dates any day. We plan to be in San Diego by Friday and riding to LA on Saturday.
