Yo I was gonna hijack the Cranksgiving thread to tell people about the (unrelated) party we are having after the ride but to my surprise no such thread exists. So ... here yo go.
Go to Cranksgiving and ride your ass off. If you are up for a beer and a round of Paperboby come on by to the Barcade for beer, noodles, inventive k-town cocktails and funky-ass music.

Cranksgiving is a messenger thrown alleycat race that was started in NYC 9 years ago and picked up by LA messengers 7 years ago. Now there's one in SF too!!
The idea is that instead of a race fee, riders spend about $10 on food for the needy which is then dropped off at a shelter/drop spot, as part of the race!!
It is a great cause and a really great time and everyone should come out for this!!!
cash prizes for the winners along with some custom RRH shwag, and probably some other goodies.
(but the real prize is donating food via bicycles right??)

Mr Rollz it really is but really isnt a race ,,just a cool shopping trip thru the city..for a great cause..so no worries about speed ,,you can meet at the meeting point i'll pick up two of everything on your behalf if you'd like...Skano

ok - so if you don't wanna race but still want to participate, the deal is:
show up at the beginning and get a race packet. do the checkpoints you want, at the cruising/racing speed you want, and bring it to "Para Los Ninos", which is the last checkpoint before the end at O20/Uck!

The afterparty is at Pure Luck, but the after afterparty is at Barcade. The awards will be passed out at Orange 20.

This ride was freaking awesome, thanks for hosting it, and glad to be able to contribute to the Para Los Ninos Fund.
Now, I know where Loma Dr. and 3rd street cross. Clue block east of Union. Also, thanks to Ashira for the RRH patch it looks bitchin' and obrigado for the innertubes and bag. Till next Cranksgiving lve y'all.

Skano got 15th not to mention my chain fell off twice..and i made a wrong turn which took me into a detour and screwed my route,,,I LOVED THE RACE..it was the best ever..totally great man next year i will be prepared,,im aiming for top ten,,,ALSO the trophies where awsome...you should have seen them they where incredible...peace
