Yeah I guess its time for it's own thread. Basically this year the tournament is gonna be bigger and badder than it has ever been. The top players from both the US and Canada will be here. Seriously, the top two finalists from this year's World's and North American championships will be here, Not to mention a host of other dominating A-level teams. It will be a 2-day affair, a Round Robin on Saturday with a double elimination bracket on Sunday. And the pickup games on Friday will be off the chain!!!
.....So far the 28th looks sunny...seems were gonna have 2 show up early and hit the rink with a couple a shop brooms....or what ever we got. fuck, i hope we get clear skys the 29th -1st.
Seriously we got to take a minit to give it up to all the LA BIKE POLO crew that's helping out at this tournament. And lemme start off with Lil Sarah and Krista. We all went shopping and got the grub for the tourney together. Also lil Sarah is a wiz in google docs, almost as good at making spread sheets as she is at screening people on the court. Krista gets luv for housing, cooking, and hustling coffee for us. Oh and I got to thank El Pistolero handling the the MVP award. Also Racquel is making an Award too. Lauren and Brian, thanks for housing people. Boludo and NO LOVE I am thanking you in advance for handling the BBQ. Everybody is doing such a good job, this is going to be a very big thing.
