presta valve connectors

i have a regular hand pump that i cant use because i cant get the required pressure to the tube (100 psi). i have a floor pump that will produce 250 psi but it does not accomodate the smaller (presta ??) valve, so what i need is pretty odvious, help me locate what i need, thanks.

A floor pump with no dual-head?!?!?
How old is that thing anyway?
I still have this Avenir that I bought back in '01.
Even that had the duals on it, and it was only $12.
Best bet is to hit up the local, bike joint you could trust and I'm pretty sure they'll be able to pull an "Adapter Kit".

the pump was made about 1950's and i repaired it, also thanks for the name of that thinggie, LOL, cool
