that are made for the other Company's that make soap, toothpaste, cars, trucks, and condoms, which by the way, just reminds your that your not getting any, SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALLOWING THE AUDIO, ON COMMERCIALS, to have so much Gian added to the tracks, I HATE IT WHEN I'M WATCHING A PROGRAM, THEN THE COMMERCIALS COME ON TO FUCKING LOUD!! so how does this post relate to bicycle Promoting? IT DOES NOT RELATE IN ANY WAY!!!!!! BUT, THEN I WOULD RATHER BE ON ON MY BIKE, RIDING LIKE THE DEVIL!!

Sometimes you don't need to make a thread about everything you think of. Just sayin'....

Make some rap lyrics out of your anger, and then use the commercial's backtrack as your track.
Or, switch off to another channel when you sense a commercial break.
Kind of like how in one night, I was able to watch an episode of
SG-1, Cold Case, and Law/Order: SVU in the same hour.
Solved an unsolved case of a rape victim, murdered on another planet, that occurred out-of-phase, about 30 years ago!!

Eddie,
I have just 5 words for you:
I FUCKING AGREE WITH YOU!!!!!
I was wondering if i was the only one who feels like ripping someone's lungs out at Channel 5/KTLA. Its actually not the Commercial makers, but the TV stations that raise the volume when going to commercials. And KTLA in the morning raises their music and then the commercial volume to 'GET OUR ATTENTION". It does the exact opposite for me. I turn the volume down or change channels. And i don't know who to contact there to really get my voice heard. I don't believe that emailing customer relations, etc. would be effective.
Fucking annoying.

I work for a tv station and we take great pains to keep the levels even. It's more a laziness thing with other stations not checking the levels on their commercials before air.

But Towlie, i know that at some stations, its a 'marketing' tool to GET your attention. Maybe it works for some but at least for Eddie and me, it just does the opposite. Btw, i make commercials for a living (well, that and real estate). Long live Scott Toilet Paper!

I think that's urban legend. Believe me, if something loud gets aired at my stations the ingest person, who is supposed to be checking the audio and video levels, gets in trouble.
