Yo Ridazz,
The City of Burbank will soon have a workspace specifically for kids. It will basically be like Bicycle Kitchen, but more Easy-Bake Oven, ya know?
Anyhow, we're setting up the space and the aim is to have the doors open to the public by April 2012.
Unlike many other co-op/collectives, this space started with a small grant and one hired person to admin the project for basically 2012. If you're interested in volunteering and or collaborating then feel free to email.
All volunteers will need to submit a Livescan with the City of Burbank.
Here is the Facebook "like" page.

The primary source of information will be found on the FB "like" page. If you're not a Facebook user, not only do I applaud and envy you, but I take it as our loss (i'll try to update Ridazz when possible).
And if anyone can think of an appliance that can work into a kid kinda name, I'm struggling (e.g. Bike Oven, Bikery, etc)

THANK YOU BURBANK!!! Bike counter, bike sink, bike fridge, bike stove, and bike cabinet are all I can think of for you as well.

My problem with Burbank is..it's there. No, if we had lost the second world war, the whole country would be like Burbank. However, any sort of bike advocacy, I will gladly lend a hand Burbank or not.
