Maya at Rubes does awesome work, and so does Mikey. He does all my color work. I'd suggest going there.

Kayden Creations on Hollywood Blvd.
Mouse over the faces to get menu entries. I've only had work from Bok, but the others seem pretty good, too.

Actually, I just browsed the site, and not only is it the next best thing to unusable, but the work they've got on display really ain't all that good. Stop in and look at their books and you'll be a lot more impressed.

There's a new place called Ink Monkey Tattoo -2417 Lincoln Blvd, Venice 310-822-9138 theinkmonkey.com.
I got my tattoo last night by Sadie. She was very nice and I get a free touch up that I'll go back for in two weeks. It's a cover-up of an existing chinese symbol tat from before (you can kind of see it). I highly recommend the place and all the tattoo artists have great pictures of their work. Good luck!
