If anyone is interested in helping the expansion efforts in Boyle Heights, we're having a public meeting next month. We'll be discussing the CicLAvia project in general, our interest in establishing a host committee, exploration rides and mapping out favorable routes in Boyle Heights.

We've met with and contacted a number of organizations, businesses and some residents, and now we a chance to invite everyone to discuss the project. Part of the goal is to get local kids involved, so even if you're not an adult, we want your input, ideas and help.

Keep in mind the meeting is open to the public. You don't have to be a resident of Boyle Heights to help out, etc. If you have friends or family in the area that you think would have an interest then feel free to share the below links/ info with them.

I should have noted we're working on the expansion into East Los Angeles all together. We reached Boyle Heights on 10-10-10, so the expansion should continue through BH and hopefully further east. So if you're in the East Los Angeles area, then feel free to join us.
