Don't ride on the sidewalk.

I got bumped pretty good on my way to work.

I'm good, bike is good. Although my confidence in riding is hurting a little bit.

I couldn't take Angeles Vista at full speed.

Please be careful ya'll. & Wear a helmet, I just got done with my first one, it is now in 4 pieces.

That's foam, that can be replaced. Bone costs extra, brain priceless.

Glad you're okay. We should all be extra careful this weekend. There will be lots of intoxicated people behind the wheel.

I'm happy you're doing well. This is a problem where I live too, cycling on side-walks is pretty dangerous here, cars speed up out of driveways so fast, and they never expect to see a bike on the sidewalk.

I take the sidewalk from time to time with no shame.
Never for long distances. But sometimes it makes more sense as a connector or if I want want to travel at very low speed.
I always take the sidewalk slow, respect the peds, and approach intersections with great care.

Ditto, I might use the sidewalk to avoid a nasty intersection, but you can't count on your visibility there.
