thought it was impossible to find a good shop that was reasonable and friendly in paris. i was wrong.

ask for alain. be aware he speaks no english, but he knows bikes, bring a french friendto translate...he responds well to my finger pointing and retard french. needs litttle direction- he's a jedi bike mechanic. he's a nice dude and he's fair in prices. lots of used bikes for sale.
if i was coming to paris for a long while and wanted to ride, i'd stop there and check it out...a really good place to start.
