Rode Rosarito - Ensenada everyone was eating bananas except me cause im allergic and I CRAMPED UP NAWSTY. some haute older lady gave me a pill with "sodio y bicarbonato" while i squirmed on the side of the road. it helped. where do i get these legendary pills or an equivalent elixir.

 shaddup! i made it foo' in like 4 hrs. I was just exagerrating. but i never cramped up like that before, prolly cause i was in lance armstrong mode for the first 25mi.

 Alka Seltzer doesn't taste very good in it's raw state, so you can try Tums. Or the drug store knockoff of it... and make sure you hydrate properly... you should be sipping on that water or sport drink constantly...and not waiting until you actually feel thirsty, because by then it's a little late.

 there's a lotta hills....el puma, el jaguar, el leon. But the killer one around 25 mile marker is called "EL TIGRE" I think the road engineers must have macs or something.
