dont support the cobalt cafe ever.
i also heard that they arent playing there anymore, anyway. which is more of a bummer for blowback than anything, but whatever. BURN THEIR RACIST SYSTEM DOWN.

What's wrong with the Cobalt? I played there twice as a younger lad and they were always pretty cool with the bands.

that shit is still on, i missed tragedy on friday.the cobalt does suck but this is gonna be a good as fuckin show.

if x amount of people at the door dont say that they are there to see your band, you dont get paid. the cobalt is one of the worst venues in socal, next to the chain reaction and the showcase.

Wow. I didn't even know those clubs still existed. What a relief to know that bad hardcore still has a home. ;)

isn't pay-to-play pretty much the only way to gig in Los Angeles? almost all venues operate like that, Tyler. not trying to justify the policy. i'm just saying that it doesn't make it any worse than other live venues in LA.

I played the Echo and Spaceland a few times and they always paid quite generously. But that is definitely the exception. I think most places give you squadoosh unless you pack the joint. Especially a coffee house like the Cobalt.
