SaveOurTacoTrucks.org has declared May 1 to be Taco night, a night to support your local taco truck (especially in the unincorporated areas such as East Los) and show the power of the taco lifestyle. Visit the site to sign the petition or other action items that will connect you to Gloria Molina and other anti-taco supervisors.
Aaah I forgot about it. So close to me...
But you know ...Neither La Estrella nor Rambo nor any taco truck on York, Figueroa, Eagle Rock Blvd, Alvarado, Highland Park, Echo Park, Hollywood, downtown, Venice, South Central etc is threatened by the new law.
The law affects only UNINCORPORATED areas of Los Angeles County. That's Altadena, EastEast LA (east of Evergreen cemetery) the San Gabriel mountains, Santa Monica mountains, Catalina (outside of Avalon) and other such exotic places that hardly had any taco trucks to begin with.
