How far up the 33 is that? I checked the Bikely map, but can't tell if it's like... all the way up to Lion's Camp. That's what it looks like. That's way too tough for my chicken legs. GOTTA TRAIN!
They diet of a Unicorn can only be speculated upon. There are two conflicting theories as to what one eats, or what it does not eat, as you will see.
The first hypothesis is that it eats as a normal horse would, grass, oats, hay and the like. There have been sightings reported in legends in forests, head to the floor, cropping intently at the grass. This behaviour could also be interpreted perhaps that the animal eats just because it is expected to be seen doing so, or perhaps there is some other purpose. It is not known.
The second, although seeming far-fetched and wild, is widely accepted. It is believed that the animal does not need to eat at all, being an animal of the Gods. It simply absorbs the solar power of the sun, drawing the energy directly from it. Many believe that the horn plays a major role in this process.
yes, i am waiting for you to get here.
this ride is probably the same difficulty as the sink ride. the elevation gain is roughly the same, but its more spread out and not up shitty sulphur mtn rd.
and then you’ll call in from there……CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN, CALL IN,CALL IN........
i loved brassknuckles text message i got this morning.
"tyler im in your stupid hippie town. what the fuck is there to do around here?"
people got naked under a waterfall and then we took over a pirate ship on the beach.
it was almost 100 degrees.
it was actually a really nice day. hiking around Los Padres is great. i freaked when we were driving down the mountain and i look over and see Gary, Liz, and Meaghan. Then we found out that the group of riders we saw earlier sitting and resting was also part of the ALC team. If anyone gets a chance, go hike around up there.
Really great to meet RougeRida and Jr, Waterfall was, refreshing and the downhill made the climb worthwhile, Thanks Benny, Vince and Tyler for another great ride, who wants some MO?
That was epic. The climb really wouldn't have been all that bad if it weren't for the HEAT. Nice bumping into brassknuckle & friends on the way to the top. I apologize for the hunger and heat induced crankiness on the way to the waterfall campgrounds... because even though it tacked on some extra mileage and hills, that was AMAZING. I didn't think we'd be gettin nekkid in front of each other for at least another month, but hey, why wait?
Really guise, I am bummed I did not go on more training rides. Hopefully there are more before the big trip! I wish you all luck with fund raising and the journey itself . It was great meeting and getting acquainted with all of you.
Much love to you all really nice to see new :) thx 2 all 4coming UP! San Diego was in THE HOUSE!
It’s currently 96 up here now and I know it was an easy 100 on Saturday with the hot black top under our wheels….the Jacuzzi would have been nice for the muscles, sorry it was out of commission, it will be up and running with in 2weeks in prep 4 the ALC June POOL PARTY!!!!! The DOOR is open 4U here, M.R. A.L.C. TEAM…note that!
Tyler RIBS Mmmmmmm Good, THX!
Thank you 4 the RIDE VINO…..we honestly would have passed out from heat exhaustion if you wouldn’t have been there, Thank You Primo! Naked pictures with Midnight Ridazz Skull over the crotch is a must, can it be done?????
Epic ride. Amazing job everyone, I had never climbed that much elevation before, and with the 100 degree weather or what ever it was, it was brutal. Big thanks to our support vehicle with the water refill, it was a life saver.
maybe next time the route can continue up the road until you get to the buddhist temple at pine mountain. thats the legit top, because once you pass it, then you start going down the otherside youre almost to taft/bako/tehachapi etc etc.
thx for coming up Gary it was nice having you here, the MR ALC Team is ready as RBI had said there is some KICK ASS teams that train in Ojai up HWY33 and now, Midnight Ridazz ALC Team is one them! ! ! ! !
Danny-boy you smooth tawker you.
Its pretty intense at night. You definately see little yellaw eyes peering at cha. I have to say its quite a rush though because its pitch black. ( vino ya there...over kshht ) So yeah Dah-knee...Lets make that a fo real MIDNIGHT RIDE! Do it...Organize it... and ride it. At MIDNIGHT.

Note to self: dont post replys when blessed
Seriously Gaiz!!!!!
If you ridazz haven't been out there, GO!!
No really, GO NOW!!!
The paths from Ventura are really cool and the scenery is beautiful.
We really do need to make it a real MR type ride and get a big group to camp or something.
Thanks so much to Benny, Vino and all the northern awesomeness!
If you get down to SD, lemme know. I'll make some space for ya.
That is a idiotic move, but what should we expect from someone as ruined as you.
I was expecting a higher rate of speed going down. It was a great mix of cornering and high speeds though.
Lets go downhill at night next time!
