The Badger Song is alive.
The first ride is posted for the 21st of April.
Who is up for it?

I am hoping some of the crew will come back out.
Also, XPC....I would like for you to ride with us.
Sorry to say that the ride must be on a monday night, because I work tues. through thurs. nights until the end of may.
I would like to have a meetup ride with the hustle ride soon.
Anyone who can come out and make this ride even half as amazing as it was last year will make me happy beyond words. Let's build this ride up like it was. We were fucking fast. I'm in it for the long haul, as long as there are people to ride with.
We are down with (and have been on rides with):
The Wolfpack crew
Cub Family
Swarm!
The Juggernauts
The Polar Rollers Ride
The Bad Idea Ride
Anyone who can, come on out!
You guys were sad when the ride ended. Well, now it's back. Hopefully to stay.

Also, Check the ride Calendar for April 21.
This will be a fast ride. You are so welcome to come. Usually, newish people shy away from rides like this. People sometimes get dropped from the group(s). But, I'm happy to have you come out.

@onlyxneedxone
If you can start riding gentle hilly areas....about 35 miles within 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes....with about a third of the ride with traffic and lights, you'll be good to go. That is just a gross approximation. The ride has less traffic than inner-city LA, but there are more hills, for sure. If you need to, start trying to get ready now. I'm expecting you'll do fine. See you on the 21st.

Great.
More ways to see how much more punishment my rig will take.
The Juggernaut rides were tight, despite churning out maximum rpms on the cranks.

Welcome back, just knew you can't be down for too long. I'll be there, gotta make one ride at least. I'll recruit some local kids as well.

Sorry, Pachamama....I have to cancel the ride before it starts because I am moving. I wasn't sure until last week. I will be moving out of state in about a month...so there is really no point in restarting the weekly badger song ride...unless someone else wants to step up to keep it going.
I'm moving! I'm sort of excited. I will probably be back in September of this year. So, don't come out, everyone.
NO RIDE TONIGHT!!

BOOPOO!O!1!!!! No moving allowed!!! Where you going?! What's going on? We deserve a full explaination and AT LEAST a send off ride where you get super drunk and pass out in someones hall way---- it's the only way.

Damn, Tern.
I would fill in for you organizing the next Dark Century, but it wouldn't be a D.C. without you, man.
You OWE us a farewell ride. Put it on your schedule...NOW!
Creative Thing04.21.08 - 5:49 pm

Thanks Creative Thing, that would be nice if you could plan the Dark Century. I just recently found out about this myself. I have super big reservations about going, but I've decided it's something I have to do. My dad was hurt while building a house for him and my mom to retire in. I need to go out and help finish building it. I have to pull up roots here for the time being, because I won't be able to afford to keep my apartment.
So, I'll be in the woods outside of Columbia, South Carolina for a while.
I didn't mean to pop this on all of my friends so abruptly, but I have just decided that it's what I'm going to do. I'll be out there with you guys on rides before I go.

Well, someone's got to teach them good 'ole boys, how to ride now.
Who knows, if I'm back on the truck before then, I may just run into you out there myself.
