so i heard a rumor from a drunken "irish" guy (oh the cliche) at kickball last weekend that decent number of ridazz from the east and westside were coming down for this ride.

is there any validity to this?

i only ask since i currently live out in south bay and hardly see anyone ride bikes with the exception of white trash drunks on cruisers, illegals without cars and rich guys all decked out on their $3000 bike training for who knows what.

it would just be nice to see a good number of people out to show the south bay that there is more to do in life then drive your SUV to the mall 20 miles over the speed limit.

 I'm in the south bay as well, nd I'll be checking it out. Myself, I've been seeing way more commuters and casual cyclists latetly
