how many times a month does this ride take place? a couple of buddies and i have been looking for a ride in SGV and specifically Pasadena since we reside here. What's the info on this ride?!

Plan a ride then......
Monday NIghts in Alhambra on the corner of Mission Rd./Garfield Ave. El Ranchero has awesome .50cent tacos... that stays up until 1:00 in the morning, maybe later, but i doubt it....
Popeye's $1:00 chicken special on Tuesdays... these two days will get the "hungry" 626 riders out at night.
before August i'm doing a Patsy Cline theme ride over here... I was riding up mission where San Gabriel High School is.... took it up passed Las Tunas/Main St. into San Marino, and the rest of the route is secret until i get find somebody to help me play Patsy's music on the ride....
It's going to be Titled: Ridin' after Midnight (hence her song titled walkin' aftermidnight). So keep an eye out for that S.G. ride.....I might lead it into East L.A. though to get more riders to come out.. .but not sure yet until i get the music going.....

Pasadangerous is one.
But, making your own group ride happen can be really satisfying. I'd be interested in joining since I live close by.

Did anyone go to yesterday's 626 ride?? I couldn't find these people on the Colorado bridge. Maybe I was late.
Anyways, I'm a Pasadena res and I would be definitely interested in getting a DENA ride going. i.e. Altadena, Pasadena, South Pasadena.

I would love to plan a ride but it will definitely fall apart. I'm not a coordinating kind of guy lol..

meetspot: The Colorado Street Bridge; it's historic concrete arch bridge in Pasadena,
time duration: 3 to 4 hours of riding around
rest stops: 4
pace: fun
what to bring: tubes/tools/money/common sense.
what not to bring: ones ego/sticky fingers/bad attitude.

@ everyone who was wondering if we rode last nite? yeah we rode, we left once we got a humble amount of riders though. Tonite we'll be riding again though, but @midnight.

I live in alhambra, and hop on Huntington around Fremont, where Main St. in Alhambra ends....'
I actually preffer to ride on VAlley Blvd, and that is a more direct route for me since it's closer to my lazy ass.... but both are equaly as fun....

YES!
I'm actually pretty flexible, time wise and route wise. I usually take off between 7:30-8am. But I could go later.
I like taking Valley. I live in El Sereno where Eastern meets Huntington. Most the time I take Main to Live Oak through Alhambra. I work all the way in Duarte. What town you work in?
Let's work this out some time if your interested. Perhaps there's more ridazz out here who commute?
I also hope to see all of you on a 626 ride soon.

dude, that would be very cool if i could get some help doing this.... i've got some great ideas for this theme ride....
1st one is a beta ride before I try it out in the Westside of the L.A. river

I'm going to make it to the ride.... I plan on getting there right before Midnight...
I'm assuming it's on the bridge.... should be hard to miss a couple of bicyclist on a two lane bridge... or is it four lanes with a divider in the middle.... don't recall...
i count for two... i'm going with a friend.... Bike Oven in HIghland Park first though...
And to Joe. Of course man; same here, good to know a fellow rider is near by....

Kevin; yeah we did meet man.... I was with my friend. Shared my one of "Steinlagger" with one of you guys.....
my name is Rick. We all waited over an hour for the leader to show up... then right when you four took off; the fucker showed up... and since I had an idea of where you guys where heading. We caught up... then at the Taco Rest. You guys had to head it (it was late dude...).
We rode a really nice route that night.... Rose Bowl was included.....

yeah, I was the asshole (i'm not really an asshole) on the green mountain bike no Fixie could keep up with for the "first" official meet. Skipped the second one. And on the third showed up with a dark red Bianchi. So I ride chill on the ride now... Ridin' With the Homie is a good ride to chill the fuck out and drink, and toke. It's the closest ride I know to myself, since i'm only 3.5 miles from the meet spot....

Hey, what 626'ers! I think Sunday Night Raccoons may be poping up again in Pasadena, meet up at the Carl's Jr parking lot across form PCC at 8:00 and also there is FooChow Fridays in Alhambra on Valley and Granada at 8:00.

OHH THATS TIGHT. YEAH WERE TRYING TO SHOOT FOR 30 MILES PLUS, BUT WE WANT TO MAKE IT A PARTY RIDE TOO. WERE ALSO WORKING ON GETTING A SYSTEM TO PLAY SUM MUSIC. HOPEFULLY WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.
