Dedicated to all those cherished objects that get destroyed while cycling

I got these jeans for $5 at out of the closet.
There are especially special to me because its the first pair of 32s I wore in like 15 years.

I kept wearing them even after they had a little hole in the butt (much to the chagrin of my lady).

Well as Ben Franklin said "a stitch, in time, saves nine." they just might be beyond hope at this point.

Levis stopped making these (550s) too :-(

note to self:
1) pull over before exploring the contents of the messenger bag
2) use the phone holder on the front of the bag instead of tossing the phone in the bag with a bunch of random junk.

to think that i was relieved that 2 busses just missed crushing the phone only to pick it up and almost cut myself on all that broken glass.

if you tried to text me after saturday morning you know why i haven't answered you.

i just suffered the loss of a steel toe-clip to one too many pedal scrapes.

patrick! i can fix those pants for you. i just sewed up two pairs of my shorts. the extra denim i have is blue though.

i can't do the dental floss thing though ... too crust punk.
i think i can take them to the thai lady down the street,
she'll hook it up for $5 or $10. nice work too.

unless you and some kind of labor swap in mind.
I'm always down for barter.

those saddle ass marks reminds me of when i used to see cowboys with a circle worn in the back pocket where they kept their chew.

btw/ how far off is it b4 some fance jean co, is making jeans that have been distressed to look like saddle wear.

kanye, would get some ... he never has time to ride his fixie.

yeah, dental floss is crusty, but thats ok. the wax coating makes it stronger than normal thread, and when you are sewing, it has like, zero propensity to tangle up in knots before you want to tie off the loose ends.
