Looks like Captain Sharrow might get some help from a mere mortal. And those backward-thinking folks at the MTA too.

LA City Counsel President Eric Garcetti made two long-overdue proposals today.

1. a resolution allowing bikes on MTA subways and trains 24/7--no more rush hour ban.

2. a motion for a sharrow program in LA!
