okay. i think i may want to do this. but i've never ridden a century...
in fact, the most i've done in one day is maybe 60 miles. TOPS....
will there be fun training rides?
with ice cream?

If you can do 60 miles, you can do a century with only minimal training.

Where do I get those jerseys? I heard a few of Team Midnight Ridazz were racing?

those jerseys are as exclusive as team rock n republic man what's wrong with you? you gotta be "in the team" man to sport such a jersey and you gotta have done "the ride." "the ride" that 2980 others did too. and many of those 2980 did it without "sagging" (SAG - support vehicle/taxi).

eddie, i'm not getting you. are you bitter about something? TeamMR is open to anyone. If you posted a ride and it didn't work, sorry. I'm going on this ride and if I'm the only TeamMR participant, that's fine with me.
but in true MR fashion, the more the merrier.
The jerseys are rare because we (danny) took orders and bought just enough. We'll probably do another batch order for the next big team ride, what and whenever that is.
So come join in. A Century is TOTALLY doable, especially a supported one. Think of it as 5, 20 mile rides as there are stops with full support. As we get closer, we'll train together and century first timers will learn some tricks to stay strong and hydrated.

so, the ride is 2 days, 150 miles and ends in Santa Barbara?
Maybe you could post a link to the site for the ride again....

Tern,
Will your jersey design include Tecate and 7-11 logos, as they are the unofficial sponsors of Midnightridazz?
And BTW, answer my email, dude!

bitter me? no way. why would i be? i do say that 2980 other riders did the ALC this year. you 20 are great for doing it, but 2980 others did too. so thank you for riding for this cause. My ride isn't a complete failure yet. there will be some riders, there will be a team. i hope you could make it. you are also welcome. so is everyone. I'll be talking to the interested parties outside of the threads. WAVES TO WINE, MS 150, like the sta. barbara one only more picturesque and more wineries. We will be carpooling in 2 or three cars. only 350 to raise as well and also 150 fifty miles with a sometimes additional 25 miles the first day for a century (+75 miles on day 2 = 175miles of fun.) Talk to zuko or I if you are interested in this one. This one will take place on 9/13/08 & 9/14/08.
