Hey, is it okay with everyone to exchange gifts at the all city toy ride on December the 14th? If so, is it okay if the sign up deadline is the 10th? or should it be later/earlier? What would you guys like the spending limit to be?

Spending limit - $5-$15 (handmade things are cool. Think cost of materials.)
