 To answer your question...... No real answer to this question. Everyone does something different and has a different style of leading. What works for some people doesn't work for others. If its fun and people are having a good time... more people will show up. My best advice would be patient and just see what happens...

 Hand out strips of bacon that people can stick in their spokes. Since like polarities repel, this should keep the pigs away.
