Bike and Build

In May I will be riding 4,000 miles from Providence, RI to Seattle. The ride will be with Bike and Build, a not for profit that is partnered with Habitat for Humanity to bring funds and awareness to affordable housing. The ride will take almost 3 months to complete. In order to participate in this cross country ride I ...must raise $4,000 for Bike and Build. Any donations at this time would be greatly appreciated. Also all donations are tax deductible

That sounds awesome! Both the ride and the purpose. However, I doubt a simple post on here will net many donations. My idea- have a ride(s) for fundraising! People will show for a fun sounding ride, and a piggy bank on your bike may suck in a couple bucks. Sell cheap beer on your ride. Or on other rides! I was drinking a slightly broken bottle on all city toy ride and three or four people came by asking if anyone had beer to buy. A few cases of Simpler Times and you're on your way to Bike and Build! I'm doing 'Dena bar hop rides and you're more than welcome to come solicit us for spare change.
Oh, and definitely don't accept a money order from Paul- that big hair is sure indication of serious shadyness.
