of course the midnight ridazz newjacks have no idea who jerome is.
i could have posted the ones of me racing matt, but he gave up at the end because he realized he couldnt have beaten me. i believe he is now 0 for 5 in attempts. from santa barbara to los angeles, the only person to defeat me is tonyz. if youre not at his level, then dont even try.

I never do good in gold sprints due to the small size of the cranks and bikes... gold sprints are about cadence only, not power and speed (my forte). but if it's for ALC I will due et.

danny, i think part of your post got cut off. the record for what is in the low 20s? if its the distance ridden during goldsprints, then i direct you to the first picture in this thread that i posted. i believe it was 500m and i beat westsider richmond knight (who i share a birthday with, big ups to 2/17) in 18 seconds and some change.
5/10 is a saturday while 5/20 is a wednesday.

im not sure whos system it was, maybe one of the swarm guys? it was at the encino velodrome fundraiser at sitela. the bikes were the loaner bikes they let people ride at the velodrome - pretty stock fuji tracks, so im guessing 48x15 with 165mm cranks.

and the sizes of the bikes were wayyyyy off. i think i was riding a 53, and that was the biggest one they had. but they brough plenty of seatpost for us tree people to expose so we could have a proper pedal stroke.
