I'm looking for a steel road frame on craigslist but I'm not too familiar with the tubings that are of higher quality. I need a frame that is strong/lightweight and good for touring and commuting. Anyone know anything about frames?

 ugh.. i cant find the link, i was litteraly looking at it.. if you mean the tubing that meets the top of the seat tube from the backwheel.. theres basically three types of designs.. franz or fuzzbeast would be your best at claryfying and explaining what the hell the difference is aside aesthetically.

 Im looking at mostly 70-80's reynolds tubing. i cant seem to find a site that lists the good types of tubing and the cheap ass ones.
