Youtube recently enabled a high quality feature for certain videos posted there. Thing is, it's only available sometimes.

But if you put "&fmt=18" or "&fmt=6" (either one is fine, without quotes) at the end of the URL string, more often than not you will get a higher quality version. Not sure why this is undocumented so far, but there ya go. Enjoy.
